Review from Week 6

Chase Edmonds – Finished RB40 on the week, excellent trim. Raheem Mostert has the stranglehold on this backfield for now.

Elijah Moore – Finished WR110 on the week, excellent trim. No targets this week; he tweeted he isn’t happy but won’t say he isn’t pleased.  The Jets don’t trust Zach to throw, and they are winning, so I don’t see that changing.

Irv Smith Jr. – Finished TE14 on the week, decent trim. Only seven total receiving yards but a touchdown to save the week. Bye week now, but I still think he carries little to no value in the future.

The bye weeks are starting to get brutal! With the Buffalo Bills, Los Angeles Rams, Minnesota Vikings, and Philadelphia Eagles on bye this week, hopefully, you were trimming your roster to prepare for these and have a deep bench. Let’s get to trimming those rosters!

Aaron Rodgers (QB – Green Bay Packers)

Rostership Percentages:
Yahoo – 95% Ownership
ESPN – 92% Ownership
Sleeper – 93% Ownership (Includes dynasty)
Season Ranking – QB20
Week 4 Finish – QB14
Week 5 Finish – QB14
Week 6 Finish – QB20

Going off of what most redraft leagues are between 10 and 12-team leagues, Aaron Rodgers has yet to finish as a QB1 on the week.  His highest finishes have been QB13, so we are still just going off his name for why we are starting him. I will give him the benefit of the doubt; however, his schedule has been much more challenging. If he can’t get it done this week against the Washington Commanders, it’s time to cut him loose.

D.J. Moore (WR – Carolina Panthers)

Rostership Percentages:
Yahoo – 89% Ownership
ESPN – 94% Ownership
Sleeper – 91% Ownership (Includes dynasty)
Season Ranking – WR53
Week 4 Finish – WR30
Week 5 Finish – WR39
Week 6 Finish – WR66

This one hurts the most this season.  Baker was going to unlock him, but alas, Matt Rhule has kept him prisoner, all season long.  I don’t even think a quarterback change will save him, he will most likely need to get traded to a new team, and with his recent signing, I am not sure the Panthers are looking to do that. Rest in Peace, our Target King of Old.

Antonio Gibson (RB – Washington Commanders)

Rostership Percentages:
Yahoo – 79% Ownership
ESPN – 85% Ownership
Sleeper – 84% Ownership (Includes dynasty)
Season Ranking – RB19
Week 4 Finish – RB34
Week 5 Finish – RB44
Week 6 Finish – RB24

Brian Robinson has taken over the backfield in his first two games back from recovering from a gunshot injury.  Hoping that Gibson would get some receiving work but looking like that is still JD McKissic’s role in this offense. If you get a big bonus for return yards, Antonio should only be used.
