Are you looking for the perfect flexing Week 12 options to put into your lineup? Do not worry, as I have you covered with the top flexing plays each week. The formula is simple. I look at running backs and wide receivers starting with the RB25/WR25 and dig deeper. I use FantasyPros ADP for the rankings and its one-point PPR. Fantasy Points are translated to FPs.
Running Backs
Devonta Freeman
It was a healthy string of touches for Devonta Freeman as he rushed 16 times for 49 yards and a touchdown and corralled all six of his targets for 31 yards against the Ravens last week. Freeman has also hit double-digit points and scored at least one touchdown in the previous four of five weeks. The Browns will give Freeman some problems, but he is getting the volume to have another top-25 game. He ranks 27th this week.

David Johnson, HOU
David Johnson won’t make this list many times. However, Houston has narrowed the backfield down to just Johnson and Rex Burkhead. He has an excellent opportunity with the volume and against a poor-performing defense against the run in the New York Jets. Last week, Johnson carried the ball 13 times for 18 yards while adding three receptions on four targets for 16 yards against Tennesse. This week, Johnson ranks 36th and has multiple receptions in seven of his 10 contests this season. Unfortunately, he has only one touchdown (Week 1).
Wide Receivers
Jerry Jeudy
Jerry Jeudy is a wide receiver that you count on to get a lot of targets and hopes he turns one of those into a touchdown. Denver was on a bye-week, so they had an extra week of preparation against the Los Angeles Chargers defense. The Chargers pass defense is a formidable unit that gives up the third least FPs to receivers. However, Jeudy has a ranking of 28th and has hit double-digits in the three of four games he has played.
Rashod Bateman
It was a disappointing performance last week for Rashod Bateman (3-29). However, Bateman has been excellent since rejoining the team from injury. Bateman has scored in double-digits in three of five contests but is still looking for his first touchdown. Baltimore faces the Browns this week, who give up the 14th least FPs to wide receivers. Look for Lamar Jackson to get Bateman back in the groove and up to his 30th ranking.
Marquez Valdes-Scantling
Marquez Valdes-Scantling has had an up and down career. Valdes-Scantling is born with track speed but has never been able to consistently hang onto the ball. However, this season has been different as Aaron Rodgers has trust in him. Last week, Valdes-Scantling caught four of his ten targets for 123-yards and a touchdown. Also, Allen Lazard is out for this contest which should open up consistent targets, but he is 50th on the ranking board.
