Major hit last week with D’Onta Foreman! I hope you have been following and added him to your starting lineup. No teams on bye this week; what a relief. Now is the time to start perfecting your bench for your playoff run! Keep coming back to The Undroppables for all your fantasy football advice!

QUARTERBACKS

Gardner Minshew II (Indianapolis Colts)

Yahoo – 8% Rostered
ESPN – 4% Rostered
Sleeper – 13% Rostered

Going against the top defense in the NFL in Week 7, did anyone expect Gardner to put up the performance he did? With over 300 passing yards and four touchdowns, he is the pending QB3 on the week (this is before the MNF game). So he can do this against strong defenses; what says he can’t do this when we get to better matchups? Anthony Richardson has a season-ending injury or I would have put Minshew in an earlier article – everyone is hoping for a good recovery for AR15.

RUNNING BACKS

Ezekiel Elliott (New England Patriots)

Yahoo – 46% Rostered
ESPN – 40% Rostered
Sleeper – 50% Rostered

He has undoubtedly been set to a limited role but has been effective this season lately. Zeke seems to have gotten the goal-line role for this team in back-to-back weeks with a touchdown. It’s not something you want, but injuries happen, and Zeke would step up immediately for a team that does want to run the ball more.

Darrell Henderson Jr. (Los Angeles Rams)

Yahoo – 25% Rostered
ESPN – 6% Rostered
Sleeper – 36% Rostered

Off the streets and back to a starting role! Darrell puts in an impressive 18-carry performance for 61 yards and a touchdown. Kyren Williams got placed on IR, and Darrell might earn enough to be still involved in this offense when Kyren returns.  This will be a top waiver target for most leagues, as RBs are getting harder and harder to come by.

WIDE RECEIVERS

Kendrick Bourne (New England Patriots)

Yahoo – 26% Rostered
ESPN – 23% Rostered
Sleeper – 39% Rostered

I can no longer avoid adding a New England Patriot WR to my team. The past two weeks, Kendrive Bourne has been great for fantasy football. It may be boom or bust when plugging him into your FLEX spot, but Bourne looks to be able to put up some serious points in a PPR league.

Jalin Hyatt (New York Giants)

Yahoo – 5% Rostered
ESPN – 2% Rostered
Sleeper – 14% Rostered

It’s more of a deep stash, but Hyatt is an exciting dart throw to add to your roster. He only had five total targets during Week 1-5; in the past two weeks, he has almost doubled that with nine targets. He is a deep threat who hit for a big catch this past week; it might be good to add him before he becomes unavailable if you can hold the player on your bench.

TIGHT ENDS

Taysom Hill (New Orleans Saints)

Yahoo – 9% Rostered
ESPN – 6% Rostered
Sleeper – 13% Rostered

It’s that time of year again when we all want to add Taysom Hill and play him in our TE position.  The difference is that in the past two weeks, he has been involved in pass catching and a runner. You can do much worse than this position; if you need someone with upside, Taysom is the play.

Dalton Kincaid (Buffalo Bills)

Yahoo – 42% Rostered
ESPN – 32% Rostered
Sleeper – 41% Rostered

This was the week most of us had been waiting for. Catching all eight of his targets for 75 receiving yards, Dalton was the main TE involved this week for the Bills. There is a lot of hype for the first-rounder; it might be time to grab him before he becomes unavailable.

BUZZ CUTS

Tyler Higbee (Los Angeles Rams)

He was the most significant loss for targets, with Cooper Kupp returning. There were only nine targets in the past three weeks compared to 26 targets in the first three weeks.  There are more consistent options at the TE position now; look to switch if you still think he is a starter.

Deshaun Watson (Cleveland Browns)

Yeah, we are just all over it, right? He constantly has questions about injury and health status and hasn’t played exceptionally well when he has been on the field. I would move on.

I was asked to join a fantasy football league in High School and I haven't been the same since. I love the competitive nature, the communities it builds, and the thinking and content that can be created. I am hoping to connect to larger audiences in helping them grow into becoming knowledgable managers and I am open to discussions.
